* math school organization

1. What you have

  • 4 binders
  • 8 dividers
  • 12 courses

1.1. The problem

If i make each subject its own section, ill end up with 12 sections(I only have 8 dividers) and id have to carry heavy binders each day

  • Carry 1 binder every day
  • Keep it light
  • Sty organized
  1. The solution

Instead of grouping by subject, group by time of day. I do this because i dont care about subject order. I just need to get that paper fast. I only need 1 binder with this setup

2. How to setup the binders

2.1. Binder A

Have 7 dividers, 1 for each period

2.2. Binder B = STEM

  • Technology
  • Projects
  • Gym Log

  • Geography
  • English
  • Hebrew
  • Rabbinics

2.4. Binder D

  • Jewish Studies
  • Tanakh

Simply file papers by time slot. Everything lands where you had class

3.2. At home:

Take out the papers for the day and archive them into the subject tab

3.3. Before tomorrow

Check schedule → grab the current unit packet for each class → place it in the right tab in the active binder
