וַיַּ֥רְא יְהֹוָ֖ה כִּ֣י סָ֣ר לִרְא֑וֹת וַיִּקְרָא֩ אֵלָ֨יו אֱלֹהִ֜ים מִתּ֣וֹךְ הַסְּנֶ֗ה וַיֹּ֛אמֶר מֹשֶׁ֥ה מֹשֶׁ֖ה וַיֹּ֥אמֶר הִנֵּֽנִי׃ When יהוה saw that he had turned aside to look, God called to him out of the bush: “Moses! Moses!” He answered, “Here I am.

2. Explanation

In shemot Shemot 3:3 moses turns and asks why isnt the bush burning. He doesnt understand god's miracle. He slowly understands this as a rare event and comes closer.

2.1.1. Why say his name twice?

To emphasize the significance. Also, abrahams name is repeated on the binding of isaac. When moshe hears him say his name. He responds "here i am". He does not question anything and trusts in god.
