1.1. The Ritual Process
- Abraham prepared animals according to divine instruction
- He divided the animals into two parts, creating a path between them
- God appeared as a smoking fire pot and flaming torch, passing between the pieces
- This symbolic action represented God binding Himself to His promises
1.2. God's Divine Promises
- God promised abraham multiple descendants
- God established abrahm as a father of nations
- God predicted The decrees/slavery → The Ten plagues
- Promise of great wealth after liberation
- Promised the jews their own nation(Reference image that was promised 3000 years)
