Changing File Names(404)
*1. If You Landed Here, It Is a Mistake(Probably)
Spaces are very hard to type on a unix machine. Each time I want to type them I have escape them with a backslash, and it is kinda annoying to do that. ∴ I am writing a script to change the file names:
dirname="$(dirname "$file")" basename="$(basename "$file")" newname="${basename// /-}" newpath="$dirname/$newname" #Ommitted--Do the normal mv commands, you know what to do here
