Today was an uneventful day.
The goal is to maintain [symmetry] and act [non-coercively] to create [predictable], safe, and [mutually] sustaining. This creates space for intimacy.

- 10 minute break was extended today because of a mistake.
- At lunch(), [people] made fun of me again. They 'dapped me up' and exchanged complimented before laughing at me.
- In geography(.) we had a substitute teacher who gave us a free period. I walked outside and met [unnamed girl, TODO]. She is the one who previously made fun of how i checked my pulse. I have adopted appropriate measures and stopped habitually touching my neck, but she asked me "Why arent you checking your pulse? You should check your pulse". This is harassment and a clear violation of boundaries. Permission to escalate is granted.
